I use this girl Martina is very rude and should not be managing this store love the customer service at this store since new management they have no customer service skills. Management needs to be trained proper. She does not know how to problem solve to satisfy customer. Fred was awesome he would never allow you to leave unsatisfied or not resolve your problem for customer satisfaction. Starting process they asked me for social insurance number which they're not allowed to ask for that they also take your health card as a form of identification that is also illegal in Canada you are not supposed to use your health card as a form of identification nor is a company allowed to accept it The one lady I spoke with is supposed to be a manager there and she says this is their policy and this is what she is going by well you are illegally obtaining people's identification by asking them to supply you with their social insurance number and using their health card as a form of identification when it is not intended for that purpose both things are illegal no wonder your stores are closing all around Canada this one will be next this one...
