Here we go.. If I could give a no star review I would. I’ve been going to this vape shop for the past two years. I just bought an elf bar one day ago and when I first started smoking it, it tasted burnt. At 94% juice it was unreal how burnt it tasted. $57 vape and they can’t do anything for me?….

I’ve worked retail my whole life so I know good customer service. This place clearly doesn’t care for the customers which is a shame as it’s just down the road from me.

The owner needs to make some adjustments to their exchange policy or else you’re going to lose a lot more customers from the shitty service.

All they needed to do was switch the vape out for me send the old one back as defective and apologize for the inconvenience. But that’s to much work….. So now they lost a good customer.

Takes a lot to get me mad and in this economy $57 is a lot of money for a defective product..

I’ll take my business elsewhere from now on. That whole plaza is one owner btw...

The Owner of all these businesses of this Plaza is a really friendly and customer service oriented gentleman. Been going here for years ...BUT...now the staff in this store are horrible. They never greet you, offer help, Smile or say thank you . I find their complete ignorance and unfriendliness actually despicable. Not 1 bit of politeness given by a single one of the cashiers . I find their behavior to myself and( what I observe in the line while waiting ) to others absolutely IGNORANT. I've been so pleasant and thankful each visit (..which used to be 5-6xs a week) to be left with the same experience repeatedly . So adios One Stop Trading...I enjoy good Customer Service and the odd friendly Smile which I now have discovered a mere 2 blocks away at Marland Variety. They really know how to appreciate their regular customers... Teach your staff some proper-basic customer service skills . It's kind...

I visited Convenience Store One Stop Trading and was really impressed with my experience. The store is extremely neat and clean, which makes shopping there very pleasant.
