A gem for Korean Fried Chicken Delights in Oshawa!

Tucked away in a cozy corner of Oshawa, this new Korean fried chicken joint is a delightful surprise waiting to be discovered. My wife and I stumbled upon it by accident and were treated to a culinary adventure that left our taste buds dancing with joy.

We started with the classic Original Fried Chicken, and oh boy, it was a masterpiece. Cooked to perfection, each bite was bursting with succulent juiciness, making it clear why it's a signature dish here.

The Crispy Shrimp Menbosha was a revelation - a new experience for our palates, and it was nothing short of delicious. The crunch of the shrimp paired with the flavorful coating left us wanting more.

Next up, the Original Cheeseballs - a true testament to cheesy goodness. The cheese pull was indeed present, and every bite was a cheesy delight. The Rose Tteokbokki with perfectly balanced flavors, not too spicy, just pure perfection. It's a must-try for anyone visiting this gem of a restaurant.

Despite its hidden location within a plaza, the ambiance inside was inviting, cozy, and spotlessly clean. The friendly lady serving us added to the warm atmosphere, and the playlist of our favorite K-pop tunes, along with music videos on screens, made the experience even more enjoyable.

To wash it all down, the ice-cold beer and the option for soju and somaek added the perfect finishing touch to our meal.

In conclusion, if you're on the hunt for mouthwatering Korean fried chicken and an array of delectable sides, all while grooving to awesome K-pop beats, look no further than this hidden gem in Oshawa. Highly...

My daughter and I went here, walking homeward from a Generals playoff game & I didn't realise how late it was, or I'd never have asked, but I said " are we too late?" (It was nearly closing time). These ladies were apologetic, having to let me know that it would have to be take away. After spending time with us, recommending the amazing Secret Sauce chicken (we also ordered Ddeok Bokki), she invited us to have a seat & chatted with us as we waited. She went into the kitchen & came out with a lovely bowl of fresh made chips, then went back into the kitchen. I was checking out the fridge for a non alcoholic beverage that we could carry out (a little disappointed that we didn't have time for soju). She then came out & (as if she could read my mind), asked me if we'd like to have soju, I gave her a sly smile & asked "do we have time to drink soju?", she grinned back and said "Of course!" ( by this time it was past closing, but as I paid for our soju, I could hear her teaching my daughter, the proper way to drink it. This lovely lady then brought us a piping hot basket of the nicest Korean style fries that we've ever eaten. With our food ready to carry home, we finished up our soju & fries & got ready to go. These lovely folks wished us goodnight & at no time did they ever make us feel rushed! We walked home ( a bit tipsy), then enjoyed our incredible food THIS PLACE IS AWESOME! WE...

Bb.q Chicken in Oshawa is, hands down, one of my favorite places to eat. Every visit feels like a treat—not just because of the amazing food but because of the incredible staff who truly make the experience special.

The team here is so friendly and welcoming. From the moment you walk in, they greet you with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to ensure you have the best experience possible. They are always respectful and attentive, taking care to make sure your order is perfect every time.

Now, let’s talk about the food—absolutely phenomenal! The chicken is consistently crispy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. You can tell they put care and pride into every dish they make. The variety of flavors and the quality of ingredients make every bite unforgettable.

What I really love about this place is how they combine great food with even better service. It’s the kind of place where you feel valued as a customer and can’t wait to come back. I always leave with a full stomach and a big smile.

Thank you, Bb.q Chicken Oshawa, for being a standout spot in the city! Keep up the amazing work—I'll definitely be...

i was so excited to see a bbq chicken location open in oshawa as i used to live in south korea and am very familiar with the chain and i was not at all disappointed!!! my bf and i went once this week for takeout and the staff was so accommodating and sweet & kept offering us free samples and even gave us a free drink while we waited for our food to be ready. we both swore to come back not only for the tasty food but to give the kind people running this shop the business they deserve! we came back again today to dine in and once again all of the staff members were so unbelievably sweet and offered us another free sample to try (which, like everything else i’ve had here, tasted amazing!!!) i definitely plan to return again and again. the food is so delicious—the owner gave my bf and i cheesling fries as a free sample and when we came back we ordered it for ourselves bc it was THAT good—and the service is wonderful! i recommend the cheesling fries, soy garlic chicken, and the secret sauce chicken!!!

Ordered take out previously ; First takeout was Half & Half Chicken Gangjeong & Secret sauce; Second takeout was Galbi Q and BBQ Chicken half & half wings, with additional special sauce bottle on the side. Though it was take out, and about 18-20 mins travel time, both times chicken were crunchy! Five stars (and more if possible!!! Hahaha) for take out. Then we tried dining in on a Friday night and the chicken tasted even crunchier and tastier as it was piping hot! Ordered Soy Garlic wings with Cheeseling Fries, and another order of Caribbean Spicy Wings - of course with a cold glass of beer! Five stars plus plus for the food. What made the dine in experience a lot better was their excellent customer service. Had the friendliest and most accommodating crew! This chicken place is definitely one of my local restos from now on! Million stars out of five ;)
