I read some of the older posts and can't concur with their statements at least, not for my visit. First, the staff are the best! Funny, polite, attentive! And not just our server... All staff from the person bussing tables. All very friendly! Anyway, the menu is extensive! Almost too much so...So many choices. At first blush, I felt the prices were a bit steep until the parade of food started. Soup for starters. Lentil soup was great! I ordered a Ceasar chicken wrap. Expecting that it would be the typical small little wrap with a few chunks of chicken. Nope! Huge and stuffed with chicken! Very good. Fries and a salad. Just because I am watching what I am eating, I skipped most of the fries, but it was a challenge. Very nice. Also a chicken burger! Okay, now I am stuffed..... Next, cake with chocolate syrup and almonds( I think). Very nice. Stuffed.... If you are hungry, this is the place to go. And for the higher price, considering what you get, value for your dollar for sure!! My only comment to management, you might want to consider a half order option. Just a suggestion....

If I could rate this a complete 0 I would. Just received my order from this place which left me absolutely speechless especially after seeing all the good reviews. I ordered 2 Firestone meals to surprise my husband as a birthday breakfast at work. I’m writing this as my stomach is in pain and my husband will not even touch the food. (That’s how horrible it looked) $70 and an hour and a half later we received SUPER BLAND eggs, not even salt or pepper, with cold potatoes, burnt toast, never even received the coffee’s I had also ordered. They came with “crepes” and this made me so mad because they were NOT crèpes, it was a mini PANCAKE wrapped over SPOILT FRUIT and a mask of sweetened condensed milk to try and cover it up!??? On top of that, our “fresh fruit” were 3 slices of melons WRAPPED IN TIN FOIL and just thrown in a bag. This whole order was disgusting, distasteful, and a full on rip off.

I really wanted to give this restaurant a 5. I was greeted right away, seated right away, my order was taken promptly and the food arrived quickly and hot. I ordered a daily special the - Florida It looked amazing and every part of it was tasty. All that is except the potatoes which were those frozen nasty little cubes of dried out starch. Awesome part - they leave a carafe of coffee AT THE TABLE Waiter came back once to ask me how it was. Then forgot about me. The leftovers got stone cold, the carafe was empty, I had time to go to the (very nice) bathroom, etc and still no sign of him. I looked around and couldn't see him a couple of times. Finally had to ask another waitress to track him down. Pleasant enough guy though. Price was very reasonable for a nice restaurant, not too noisy. Food was nicely presented. I suppose I'll be back but not too soon.

What was meant to be a happy Sunday brunch turned out to be a sacrilegious experience that'd disappoint any decent chef in the food industry.

Decided to come for brunch today, it being my 5th time at this restaurant. From a personal experience: Service and food is equally spotty here on a normal basis. Some days, they have good staff, but horrible food and visa versa. Today, both were in the dumps. I had the Benedict Coco, which our waitress raved about. It sounded good: Your typical eggs benny but with sautéed mushrooms, spring onions and melted gruyere cheese. What arrived on the table was not what I expected.

Everything, from the toast, the home fries, to the eggs was all burnt or overcooked. The hollandaise sauce was thick, clumpy and curdled. After tasting it, it was a disappointment to find out that it's from a powder, yet our waitress advertised that the kitchen makes it ''...fresh everyday!'' False advertisement much?? The home-styled potatoes were burnt and bitter, with too much paprika on them. As for the eggs themselves: I asked for soft poached eggs; I was given hardboiled eggs that lacked the shell, to put it simply.

Whoever was in the kitchen today either lacked passion or simply didn't care. For the food to be burnt and over-spiced, the cooks aren't tasting or watching their food. For plates to have food that looked dismal and overcooked without any visible appeal, the expediters/wait staff aren't paying enough attention. The only courtesy from the waitress was a simple ''Sorry about your experience'' and otherwise still getting a full bill. Overpriced menu for mediocre service and...

Back in the day I raved about this place. The last 4-5 times we've been. The food wasn't even hot. Barely warm. :( The only thing that saves this place right now for me, are the few servers that work there. Whom are so delightful and Rock at their job. It's the only thing that makes me come back. Also, they got my order wrong today where they gave me sausage instead of bacon. ( I wouldn't expect a free meal for that or even a 10% discount on my next meal) No problem they said. Coming back with the bacon. But, wanted to take away the 2 little sausages they gave me in error. I said no. Lol. (Was an insult) Why would they want to take it away? They're just gonna chuck it anyways. Right? Let the customer keep it and do what they want with it. It's all little things....but little things add up. I said to my Son this AM. "When you complain (Not every complaint - valid ones )about a service or food at a restaurant. They should give you at least a 10% coupon. It will get the customer back in the store for one more round." As a society we are cheap and will go back even for that 10%. When a customer is dissatisfied and not compensated. A company/restaurant risks the chance of losing that customer for good.

My primary concern lately is the food hasn't even been hot. Its not just me complaining. My whole family goes there on seperate occasions with different ppl. and all agree. They need to take a complaint more seriously and serve...

Our breakfast for 2 adults and 1 child was $63 with tip. Seems like a lot considering half the food on our plates was terrible and/or cold. Like others have said there is one waitress handling everyone. 20 mins before we were offered drinks and I never did receive the water I continued to ask for. I ordered the Florida special which includes a poached egg on an English muffin with ham and hollandaise. The hollandaise was so thick it was chunky and tasted like nothing. The English muffin was clearly out in the toaster still frozen and tasted like it was. My spouse's scrambled eggs were liquid eggs poured into a frying pan and left to cook then cut up to resemble scrambled eggs. The hash browns are good but they definitely use them to fill your plate to make it look like more food than it is for the price.

The toast was half buttered, they cut the slices down the middle and the butter was literally on one half of the slice while the other left dry. Since our toast arrived 7 mins after our meals the toast itself was cold and limp like. I suspect it was also in the freezer prior to toasting but it at least didn't taste freezer burnt.

I won't be back and the only reason I gave two stars is because the place is beautiful. Would just be nice if the service and food...
