Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience here today due to the product quality and customer service. I ordered the cinnamon sugar and biscoff and they tasted exactly the same. I couldn’t tell the difference between the two and they were both bland. The toppings on the biscoff chimnie were lacking, and looked nothing like the photos I have seen online. I waited in store for my pick up order and observed the interactions between the sole server and customers. He was extremely warm and kind to everyone and was very apologetic for their long wait times. He even offered free spread to one customer for their long wait. However, that same level of service was not extended to me. He was quite cold with me for some reason and certainly did not offer me an apology for my long wait. The concept of this place is really cool and being able to watch your food be made in front of you is a cool experience. My only issue with this place is the organization and lack of quality control. The restaurant is certainly still in the early phase, which is totally understandable. What was frustrating was watching the young employee try to handle multiple people while what appeared to be the owner talking on the phone and not assisting his employee. This resulted in our chimney being well over done. I can tell if this was done right the potential of these tasty treats really being amazing. I originally wasnt going to post anything until I started reading reviews and was flabbergasted by the lack of accountability from the owner. Anyways, thats my take.
