Did the Canadian Rockies 7 day tour. Tour started off from Vancouver. Very happy with the service and the tour guide Charles Chan was so professional and show so much patience and passion in conducting his duty and service. I would highly recommend anyone to book with Grand Holidays and their appointed coach line PJ Link or Pacific Jet Link. Problem I found with guided tour is that the travel agency assigned the group to a coach company which provide transport and tour guide. The worse part is if you are passed on to a unprofessional and money hungry tour guide which could ruined your entire trip. That happened to me with LL tours on the New York / Canadian tour. I signed up a 5-day tour for my parents. According to my parents, the tour guide was very rude and kept criticizing the country that his customers are from which made my parents feel very uncomfortable.
