UPDATE Greatly appreciated Corey’s effort into resolving this issue. I couldn’t go to another notary to have the transaction done and Corey contacted me and wanted to make this right. He definitely took initiative into this matter. This time, he made sure things were done ahead of time and kept me in the loop of what to expect. Felt that he tried really hard this time to make sure there was no surprises for both my parents and I. Just to be fair 2 years ago was a 1 star experience but this time it was worth the 5 stars... taking average and adding back one more star for you taking initiative overall was a 3.5-4 stars. Thank you, Corey.

PAST COMMENT* I wish I never deal with Corey... basically he screwed me up three times... THREE TIMES.... out of everything that he did for me... he failed. 1) Dad flew over for four days signing docs purchasing a condo... docs forwarded with bank instruction sent over a month ago and on the day of signing.. he didn’t prepare anything a day or two before hand but made us go there and wait 45 min then tell us he hasn’t prepare docs and there is a power outage... fine... I will go back...but he didn’t offer staying 15-30 min late on any day or squeeze us in anytime until the day when my dad leaves... fine... went in another day where we scheduled.. waited another 45 min FOR HIM THE PREP DOCS.. and sign...

2. on day of closing... power outage AGAIN and didn’t call me at all until 530 PM... no options available...no advice... but telling me he couldn’t close... asked for advice... he only mentioned he will try until 7pm it that’s it... it wasn’t done until 658pm... put my dad and I through stress of losing all our savings...

3. he draft a poa for my dad with us specifically for the purpose of selling and to remove him from title in two years... and today... I got the agreement reviewed by another notary end up telling me I can’t do it... WHAT THE EFF????? Like how wrong can this go???? I spent over thousand of dollar for absolutely nothing!!!!

With all the wrongs he did.. he didn’t offer any compensation or apology... not even a simple sorry... I mean would I go back? Definitely not.. please...
