A nice little bubble tea place tucked away at a far corner of the outlet. Steady flow of customers, but not overly overcrowded; plentg of indoor and outdoor seating for everyone.

Staff is friendly and helpful with recommendations. Price is reasonable for a outlet bubble tea shop, with most drinks selling for $5.99 to $6.99.

I cannot vouch for other drinks but please do not get the matcha tea frappé. Also, they do not call it a frappé here. We were informed that it is called a frap-ee. Okay, sorry.
