So many things wrong with this company. I tried on a body suit from the display and went to pay for it when the MANAGER, yes.. manager... told me I couldn’t because it was on hold for one of her employees. I just bought a Canada goose (over $1200) from layaway. After the final payment I realized I needed a small, not xs, and was point blank told no even though I just wanted to exchange it. Yes, I know the policy is 20 days after initial down payment (which btw terrible policy considering layaway is 30 days?). It’s not like it was a $50 jacket... it was $1200 and I wanted it to last. I hadn’t tried it on in weeks and didn’t realize it was that snug til I got it home. Anyway, I had to call head office to argue with them about simply EXCHANGING IT. It’s so bad that I’ve personally had to block some of the employees from my social media accounts. To add, I have bought at least three things, if not more, that have had rips in them. Unfortunately I am going to have to give 1 star for this location. I just wanted to do a straight exchange, same size just different color, i was only given a debit slip upon original purchase with no sale receipt. I did not think anything of it as I planned to keep the dress as I thought it was only sold in one color. The girl at the cash said she remembered selling me the dress in the first place but she could not do a straight exchange without the sale slip. I feel like this could have been handled differently and there could have been an easy solution behind it. End result my girlfriend and i left with the original purchase, unhappy, at least i was. I have to say, as a positive, that I saw some cute clothes in the store. On the negative side, the clothing is extremely overpriced. The clothes that were “supposedly” on sale were priced higher than what they would cost at other retailers at a regular price. The clothes were not of higher quality and the fabric was identical to those of the lower priced stores. There was a, somewhat, snooty vibe in the store which is a bit ridiculous considering the fact that they sold overpriced polyester like most...
