This farmers' market has a great selection of vegetables and fruits. Your usual in season staples as well as some less mainstream options (e.g. tomatillo, romanesco, etc.). Prices are a bit higher than some other farmers' markets but you can be sure that vendors are selling their own products and that everything is fresh and high quality. Vendors are friendly and happy to chat about their products. The market also has a great community feel. There's often live music. I always leave the market with a smile on my face. I was mistaken to go to this market (with my dog) at such a hot day. Prices are too high. There were only two vendor’s big stalls with veg and fruit: the one with quite a variety of these produce had a long line. At least 20 people were standing long time in the heat. There was nowhere to find water As I tried to make a suggestion to have vendors selling bottles of water at such temperature (at the first tent with a music player) I was told “You have to bring your own water”. It is true, but it would be very considering to have water available….for people ….and may be a bowl of...

This farmers market is open every Wednesday from early June until late October. High quality produce and products from great farmers, often fresh picked that day. This market is not for those looking for bargains, high quality fruits and veggies being brought from farms to downtown is worth the price for those of us who love...
