My wife and I recently had the pleasure of working with Anthony and his team at Craig’s Cookies Bloor West Village, as part of our wedding celebration.

As a personal touch for our wedding favours, Anthony helped us create custom “his” and “hers” cookies for our guests. From the moment we reached out with the idea, he was enthusiastic, thoughtful, and fully committed to making sure everything turned out perfectly. He helped us choose the flavours, coordinated beautiful packaging, and ensured the cookies were delivered right on time for our wedding celebration. Not only was the service exceptional, but the cookies themselves were outstanding and a huge hit with our guests. “I called in at 9:22 PM and was told there was a selection of cookies available, so I drove over within 10 minutes. Upon arriving, the employee was busy processing an UberEats order and kindly asked me to wait. I understand it was closing time, but I was disappointed to see the employee prioritize the UberEats order over an in-person customer. I was also left without an apology or even a simple goodbye when I left. It didn’t sit well with me. Kids loved the cookies, second best they ever had. The aroma is enticing, they need a fan to exhaust it on to Bloor street. The cookies were soft, warm, with a nice slightly cooked bottom. It was a tad on the sweet side but the kids didn’t think so. The chocolate was a classic taste, the different varieties welcomes curiosity, overall a pleasant after dinner treat. It is very small retail space with little room for patrons, this maybe an issue in the cold winter but maybe this is by designed.
