So as a person who works retail I get mistakes happen. However, I drove from St Catharines for the purpose of purchasing a Jays World Series dugout hoodie which I was told by Monica at 12:30pm was in stock and in her hand and would have it on hold for me until 8pm. This was in part due to my order being cancelled that I placed Oct 23 by Sport Chek earlier and was instructed to call that store to check for inventory. When I arrived this evening I was told they weren’t in stock or had anything on hold. Monica was actually the till beside the cashier I was speaking too and would not own up to the phone call I made and kept covering up her name tag. I wouldn’t have even wrote this if Monica had just owned the mistake but she refused. Andrew the AM was great and offered what he could but I totally understand there’s nothing much he could’ve done....

One hour prior to the start of the game my daughter decided she wanted an Austin Matthews Jersey. The store was crowded and extremely busy. I assumed it was too late. Anthony and Matthew were able to make it happen.
These two gentlemen were under extreme pressure with my order and the many other orders in queue. They handled the pressure with grace and with a smile on their face. They remained pleasant and professional during the crush. I left feeling as if they wanted me to have what I wanted to ensure my experience at the game was great. Read moreI just visited there to buy Yetis. The cashier gives me attitude only because I pay the cash, when he gives me back change, I got a bill with a corner cut off. I asked the cashier to exchange. He look at me with annoying face. He said he has to call manager. When the manager came, I remind him next time the cashier should check the bill before giving away to customer. The manager even more rude by yelling back to me that that's not cashier 's fault and the bill still is legal to be used.
