Went to Real Sports Bar & Grill on Friday June 30th 2017.
Entrance: Was greeted at the door by very attentive hosts. Sat us really quick. While being walked to our table there was a table for Sol beer setup with a taste test, awesome. Seems like the perfect start to the night. We get seated near the bar with a great view of the big screen, which I might add is huge and impressive. The largest I have seen! Once we were seated it took about 15-20 min and I got tired of waiting so I had to ask another waitress in the area and she went and found our waitress. Capacity for the restaurant at the time was at about half as most left for the Jays game and waitress were standing around chatting.
Dinner:
Started with the "Buffalo Nachos" Came fast- 10 min or less Very good portion size but I have some things I didn't prefer. The cheese on the nachos was the liquid cheese, like the kind you get at the movies but not nearly as good. I would have prefered shredded cheese baked right out of the oven which is stringy and thick. A very small portion of chicken but it was just ok. No sour cream included! This was extra! Huh? Nachos should come with sour cream. Would never order again.
2nd - Greek Salad Wow, was instantly surprised when the salad hit my table and it didn't have lettuce. Now I understand a true Greek salad doesn't come with lettuce but for the cost and the portion size it comes in there should be a double portion of salad in there. Olives were very mushy but everything else was good. Might order it again but would probably jump to something else.
Waitress: Took over 15 min to tell we were sitting in her area, we had to ask her for every beer we drank. I was there with a client and we would have spent twice as much on drinks but it was a task to get every one of them. Nice girl but way to laid back. Needs to work a lot harder in an environment like that. You gotta hustle! Your tip would have been a lot better!!
Facilities: They had a gentlemen keeping the floor clean, refilling the paper towels and wiping counters. What a pleasant surprise. Urinals and floor clean. The stall, not so much. So dark in there to hide everything. The toilet paper hanger was coming away from the wall and there was a big gap where the tile and metal meet. The floor was gross with built up stuff in the corners that looked like it has been there for weeks, months maybe. The toilet paper holder is so close to the toilet the splash from the toilets get the toilet paper wet. Yuck! I will let you decide what that means. Not an ideal/clean environment.
Overview:
This restaurant has a ton of potential but needs to pay more attention to detail. They need managers walking the floor asking each table how things are going. Stuff like this goes a long way and solves problems quick. Didn't get approached once. We were there 2 hrs to watch some of the Jays game before we attended it. I felt distracted from my client which impeded our conversations and I have had much better experiences at other local bars/restaurants.
Might attend again, but not very likely unless requested...

Overall, 0 stars. This place does not support watching sports, has brutal service, cares nothing about their customers, and has food that tastes disgusting and will leave you sick.
Decided to host our team social at RSB, close and convenient to our office. We had made a reservation on game night for 3:30 pm and was never told about the 2 hour seating max. Fair enough, it's game night. When checking in for our reservation, the hostesses seemed as if they were annoyed we showed up on time for our reservation. The bar was EMPTY and they struggled to place us all together at a table. Seems they don't plan out their reservations properly.... Regardless of the minor annoyances by the staff, we managed to turn it around and celebrate with the team over some drinks and apps. My coworker is allergic to alcohol (not a preference, allergic!) and told the server and continued to order a MOCKTAIL off the MOCKTAIL menu (ginger ale and lemonade). After the second mocktail, she started to feel flushed. She paid no attention and drank some water and headed out (while this is happening the server and manager were very rude about forcing us to leave since we reached our limit...we JUST paid the bill and were finishing up drinks. The manager even stood by us and watched us CHUG our drinks as if we were in trouble or something). Fast forward to 15 minutes after my coworker leaves. She gets sick on the street, the office and starts breaking out in hives (which happens if she drinks even a spot of alcohol) and ends up going to the hospital by ambulance. We go back the following day to notify the manager of our concern of not acknowledging the allergy and wanted some sort of accountability (reimbursement would be great but trust me none of us need a free meal from RSB of all places..). The manager immediately started to blame my coworker saying she must've DRANK all day before and found it not fair that we ASSUMED it was the mocktail. WE assured him that we all had the same meals all day and night aside from our drinks. NO APOLOGY and completely was on the defense. It is concerning that the manager had no remorse or concern for what had happened. He just assumed we were here for a free meal reimbursement. Completely concerning in my opinion especially for an establishment of that size. Someone on here said it was run by amateurs and I couldn't agree more. Needless to say, was considering hosting a client event there in the New...
