Had a Trade Show and afterwards we decided to go for some drinks near by. We came in waited to be acknowledged. After sometime the host walked us to a table, we requested a hightop by the bar. Our first server who started with us was nice. We ordered a bottle of Prosecco and an appetizer to share. After that first interaction we never saw her again. There were 6 servers in total standing around chit chatting, we were never ever ever again checked on! Our water's were done no one offered a refill. There was a women and a man in a suit talking to them showing the servers around the restaurant. I assume a manager or District Manager. They were more involved in their conversation then the tables around! This does not look good for the restaurant in anyway! We wanted to order more food and maybe get another drink but the lack of interest in us made us loose interest in this place. We tried to get the attention of one server who made eye contact with us but she turned around and walked away. My colleague went to the host stand and said we just want to pay for our bill. Super disappointing that we were begging almost to pay our bill, I wonder if we were the type of people who would just walk out and no pay would anyone care? To be honest, this was our first and last time we will ever step foot in here! That's sad considering this bar is in a very popular area! Once we left we walked over to the Soho and there we had the most AMAZING experience! Should have chosen them first! Oh well!

Honestly not a bad option at all for a meal so close to Scotiabank Arena. I work nearby and picked this for a lunch with a co-worker, but can imagine that if I was going to a Leafs game or concert that this would be better than a lot of other options nearby. I will say it is really pricey, and it's hard to find anything on the menu if you're on a budget. Most things will run you $25+. I ordered the E11ven Burger ($34) and my coworker ordered the Cacio e Pepe ($30). Honestly those prices are crazy. I think this is the single most expensive burger I've ever had. The portion is quite good and it comes with a heaping load of fries, but I would've liked if they were truffle fries or something special. I could definitely tell this was a Braised Short Rib burger rather than your normal patty, but still - a classic cheeseburger will run you $29 here so you may as well get the upgrade. Just be aware that these are the prices you'll be running into. If you're fine with this, the meal itself was quite nice and we were seated immediately despite our reservation not showing up. The service was fast and we were in and out in under 40 minutes. Probably wouldn't have the same experience on a game night, but for a work lunch it was very convenient.

My husband and I went last Friday for dinner. Our waiter was good and sociable. We both ordered the maple burger with the parmesan truffle fries. Both were amazing!! I had a blueberry crush drink. It was a nice refreshing drink. It was a perfect evening. The atmosphere is really quaint. We came back as we had been there 2 weeks before on the Friday as well. Our waitress Alicia was amazing and she is what brought us back for a second visit. Our meals were delicious. That time I had the maple burger with regular fries and my husband had the chicken dinner. We had the sticky toffee pudding for dessert then as well. My only complaint is that our bill the second time should have been less as we had less drinks and only one of us had a tea. Our first bill was less. Especially since burgers are $25.00 and the chicken is $32.00. Unfortunately I should have caught on but didn't until we got home(which was a 2 hour drive) and my first blueberry crush was 9.95 and the second vist for the second visit was 16.95. So the waiter either somehow put the wrong price in or well I just don't want to say. We would definitely go back and would recommend but pay attention to your bill and the prices on the tablet or menu.

We went to E11even yesterday before the Leafs game. I've been several times before but last night was the worst service we've experienced. I included a note in our reservation about going to the Leafs game which started at 7. We were given menus when we sat down but waited to meet our waitress to get a drinks ipad. The ipad didn't work, so we asked for a replacement, she brought back the same ipad. We waited 5 more minutes before we got her attention and asked her to replace the ipad again. It took over 15 minutes to order drinks. We ordered a bottle of wine and the sommelier kept it behind the bar on ice. After out first glass, our glasses sat empty for ten minutes and we asked twice to have our wine refilled. The waitress looked at me oddly when I asked her to just leave the bottle at the table (not ideal since it was white wine). We ordered food at 6pm and unfortunately the last main dish, which two of us were sharing arrived at 6:50pm (the game starts at 7). We asked for waters three times before actually getting them. Finally, we asked for our bills, and she brought a single cheque. We then had to wait for her to split the bills and return at 7:05pm. We were taken to the game by friends and I suggested the restaurant, which turned out to be quite an embarrassing suggestion. While I can appreciate it's busy, the staff needs more support. I would normally give feedback to the manager, but we were so late, I didn't want to waste more time. While the food is still delicious, it's not a cheap spot (our bill was $270) and the service was so disappointing, I likely won't return...

I have been thinking all day about how to express my gratitude to the staff at e11even. 5 stars isn't a high enough ranking for what my friend and I experienced at this restaurant yesterday but since it is the highest google reviews has to offer you get all 5 stars and deserve each and every single one.

Yesterday, my friend and I were going to the P!nk concert. Due to some unfortunate circumstances, we were not able to get in to the concert so decided to go to e11even for the first time to have some dinner and make a night out of it.

When our hostess (who I wish I could remember her name) learned about the events that had unfolded earlier she talked to the General Manager, Gavin. Gavin personally came to our table and absolutely made our night. He didn't really need to do anything for two complete strangers but he went out of his way to make sure we had a night we would never forget.

Everyone we talked to from the somalier, to the expediters and the waiters were so kind and genuinely nice people.

And well I could talk about the food all day. The Filet Mignon was one of the best I have had in Ontario (and I eat A LOT of steak). We tried the Crab Cakes, Calamari, Lamb Chops and the Bacon and everything was absolutely to die for. Their wines were very nicely curated aswell. Surprisingly for someone who really enjoys German and French wines I loved their Ontario picks.

I can't thank everyone at e11even enough for the incredible experience you gave us. I am 100% now a fan and will be a repeat customer for many years to...

DO NOT GO THERE!!! This must be the most arrogant and superior restaurant there is out there. you will eat overpriced food with people who dress all uptight and and treat people awfully. If you are a loving person I would STAY AWAY!. I had a layover with my daughter in Toronto And we went to the city to go eat something and try to have a nice experience. As soon as I walked in there was a man standing there in a suit possibly the manager and two ladies one very rude blonde one, the man in the suit gave us the rudest look in fact all of them did. I didn't have a good feeling about this. It's not how waiters greet customers last time I checked! But wait it gets worse. She then unpleasantly said ok I can seat you over here, all the way in the corner in like a waiting area . Where you wait for tables ! The restaurant was literally empty it was barely lunch time!!!! And there were tiny tables lower then my knees in the "seats" she sat us in !!!!' How are we gonna eat this overpriced food properly in seats like this ? I just told her we will just leave its okay and she just said ok rudely and couldn't wait for us to be out the door. Such big headed and heartless people. I don't know why they discriminate like this . Maybe they don't like kids in the restaurant but why not just inform that then. I WOULD STAY AWAY plenty of nicer restaurant around with less conceited people. I like to be in a relaxing loving environment Opposite what they got going on over there *barf and YUCK! Again...
