Great venue, expensive concessions of course, but great views! Scotiabank Arena, formerly known as Air Canada Centre (ACC), hosts many conventions, sports (basketball and hockey), and music events in downtown Toronto. The venue is accessible via the PATH (indoor pedestrian walkway system) and the closest TTC and Transit station would be Union Station. Entering the venue can be confusing, so make sure you check out which entrance you are at as the security may not allow you to enter at a different one. There are lots of staff dispersed around the venue to ensure you are not lost or in the wrong section. Do note though, most doors open once the event is over like the Tim Hortons doorway. There are three configurations of seating for attendees from Concert, Basketball, and Hockey Mode. Seats are arranged for the floor (concert mode), 100s, 200s, 300s, 500, and 600s. Once inside, there are staff equipped with flashlights to direct you to your seats if you need help at each section entrance. For floor access, there is a premium entrance that requires going downstairs for a pathway; additionally, some bands may choose to enter from this entrance as well. Concessions are expensive and the cheapest options would be Pizza Pizza or Tim Hortons. Near the Union Station entrance, there is a Pizza Pizza that sells $7.50 per slice of classic slices and premium slices at $8.75. The Pizza Pizza over by the section entrance has speciality slices at $8.75 with different flavours as well. Some other units sell burgers and fries combos that around come up to $19.00 before tax. Tim Horton's increased their menu slightly by price as the Medium Iced Cappuccino to $3.75 when it's usually around $3.45 outside the venue. Do note, they are a cashless venue and prefer MasterCard. Viewing-wise, there are decent seating arrangements and people in front will not block you when sitting down or standing up with the crowd. The venue has lots of washrooms in every direction of the stadium. It does get chilly since this venue is used interchangeably with hockey games with the ice rink. For concerts, the sound quality is decent, and loud and can hear it outside of the stadium when you go to the washrooms or get food. Depending on the act, sometimes they put up displays to view video streaming footage from all angles. However, most of the time, they only keep three sides for seating and one side for the stage/performers. For sports games, they open up the seating for all four directions. There is a lot to do at the game and they do a lot of side games and free prizes during breaks. Never a dull moment!

This is by far one of my favorite venues for concerts! If you're constantly worried about whether you'll be able to see or not, this venue is perfect! BECAUSE the rows are on different levels, so unless you're standing behind somebody who's really REALLY tall, you should be able to see over anybody. I've seen 10+ concerts here and the sound is always amazing! (Unless you're seeing an old rock band, then maybe they're a little off key - depends lol) Everything is expensive. This is a sports arena. THEY WANT YOUR MONEY. Staff is, on the most part, very friendly and helpful!! If you're feeling nervous about having a seat that's super far away, no worries! You can see very well anywhere in this arena unless your seats behind the stage and the sound travel very well too! The floor is awesome! Great experience. When I went to see Toto and Journey, there were seats! However, when I went to see My Chemical Romance, I looked down, and there were no seats, just a huge pit of people. Something to consider before buying tickets on the floor. Make sure you check the rules for the venue! Big bags are not permitted. They have a place to check your coat/bag if needed (it is $20, I believe - Card only) If you want merch, GET THERE, EARLY!!! The lines can be insanely long, but there are usually 2 or more spots on each floor. If you wait to buy merchandise after, I promise everything you want will be gone. ESPECIALLY if you're going to a K-POP concert. Hope this helped!!! HAVE FUN!!!!

Absolutely incredible venue. Scotiabank Arena is host to many events including concerts and sports events. Many options for food and drinks on every level and bathrooms everywhere which is great for getting back to your seat quickly. I gave this venue 4 Stars because it is a small fortune for absolutely everything (even a bottle of water). I went to a concert here recently and also just attended a Toronto Maple Leaf game and rented a box for the event. I will rate the experience associated with the Box seats below given they are reviewed less on Google. The box is incredible. It is a great view and great size with lots of standing room around the food, along with two rows of seats (six per row) in addition to the bar seats behind them which are also a great view. You can fit a lot of people in the room. The box fits A LOT of people. There is no shortage of food and beverages. We had plenty of food to accommodate our large group. There is also an great restaurant located near the boxes and a VIP restaurant which is wonderfully done. The servers and staff in the box were incredible. You have the option to pick the appetizers and food you want ahead of time and there is definitely enough for everyone. You also have your own server in the room at all times making a variety of drinks along with a fridge of refreshments and beer. I recommend any event here for a night out with friend, family work event. You are sur to have a great time.

This is a big arena that can hold tens of thousands of screaming fans. I’ve been here for basketball games and concerts and the experience is always good. My visit this time was to see Usher. The sound quality/acoustics is very good inside the arena. The darn steps on the stairs seem short or maybe my feet’s too big. LOL. The location of arena is good as it is easily accessible via Union Station so if you’re taking the subway, local bus or streetcar, GO ( provincial) bus they’re all nearby. There are lots of parking around but forget about cheap rate as they all charge event price which is about $30. There’s parking at the arena but I parked at the CiBC building across the street. Ut was a headache leaving the parking lot. Maybe taking transit would have been better option. The washrooms were clean but dark lineup is a killer, as usual. Pricing for food and drinks matched the usual overpriced items in stadium everywhere. I give this arena five stars for the location, experience, upkeep of facilities and accessibility. I get my tickets from Ticketmaster before the events when I attend. This place holds tens of thousands so be sure to give yourself lots of time to go through security and ticket check.

The arena is incredible, especially if you are going to watch Maple Leaf play! The place is very large, with several domes and accessible by elevator and escalators, in addition to conventional stairs. Upon entry, there is an electronic search and ticket verification. Right at the main entrance it is possible to stop at the customer service area and leave strollers (they do not go into the chair area) On the ground floor there are several restaurants, convenience stores and sponsor activations. They have a family bathroom, bathrooms separated by sex and bathrooms adapted for the disabled. The seating area is very narrow and very difficult to move around without disturbing someone, so it is interesting to wait for breaks in the game to be able to buy food and drinks. In the Ford area there are toilets and points to purchase drinks and snacks (the place is not accessible for the disabled, as it has floors with conventional stairs, steps and no accessible toilets). Leaving the arena gives direct access to the bus and metro terminals, as well as private parking lots. It's really worth knowing!

Watched the Raptors vs. Trailblazers. The venue is starting to show its age. Built in the late 90s, the arena upgraded their scoreboard screens, sound systems, and led lighting. Food offerings here are overpriced but expected in a sports venue. The 300-level food is relegated to hot dogs, popcorn, chicken fingers, and nachos. Update: I went to Janet Jackson concert. I recently went to the Janet Jackson concert. The arena is under renovations, so there were multiple entry points outside the arena. The main entrance in the galleria is close for renovations. The food inside is expensive, and you have a decent variety of choices on 100 levels. The 300 level they have pizza pizza and traditional arena food like hot dogs, nachos, chicken fingers, etc. There are self-serve outlets to buy your beer and select sandwiches like pulled pork, brisket, etc. The concert was great and most of the seats have a great view of the stage. If only tickets were more affordable, like under $100, then I would be more inclined to attend more concerts. Janet Jackson was amazing, and choreography was brilliant.
