Nobody from the branch informed me or bothered to get in touch with me about it despite the fact that all of my contact information was updated and available (both phone and email). I only found out that the credit card had been sitting there because I called TD directly. When I finally went to the branch to collect the card, the staff were extremely inattentive and busy chatting with each other while I was in line. We recently moved all our daily banking accounts to a credit union. We were about to move our mortgage when we met Luke. He took the time to explain trends and also some recent moves TD made that enfuriated us. He was the fourth person we spoke to, everyone before him said “because we can”.
