Emma and Chase were instrumental in helping my partner and I purchase our first condo. As first time home buyers, we were nervous about the whole process and felt overwhelmed with all the information to keep track of when making such an important and life-altering decision. From our very first meeting, Emma ensured all our questions and concerns were taken care of and explained the important things we needed to know in a very simple yet comprehensive way. Emma consistently provided us with daily listings of units that fit our desired criteria and was available any time we had questions for her.

Chase took us on viewings of the units we had expressed interest in, and gave us excellent tours, sharing important information about the units and the buildings overall. He helped us feel very comfortable, which allowed us to ask questions without fear of sounding uninformed. REVIEW #2 [Update: Jan 2022 for 2 rentals]

Amir Moradian helped us close two rentals (one for renting our home and the other, finding a rental unit for us) in a very small interval of time, seamlessly.

Amir went over and beyond his responsibility for us - he literally had to play the role of 2 agents (thanks to the irresponsible agent on the other side) to close this transaction for us. Amir has an amicable attitude, is calm in adverse situations and exhibits thorough professionalism. He has been super responsive all throughout and has a very good understanding of the GTA market. His effort helped us synchronize both rentals thereby preventing additional payouts for one of them and we are very grateful for that.

Emma and Chase were awesome and we'd strongly recommend them!

Chase was punctual, professional, extremely responsive and provided very good insights during sight visits. On some of the challenging appointments (timing restrictions due to Covid), he'd send regular updates on where we stand on the confirmation with the landlord/other agent.

This was our first purchase and Emma patiently walked us through the process and we executed seamlessly during Covid. The first educational tour was very helpful in understanding the width of the market and the variety of options available.

Emma never pushed us on any of the apartments and respected our decision to step away from the market when 'stay at home' orders were given.

Emma is a thorough professional who knows the market extremely well and doesn't stop until you get what you want.

First I would like to say that the Zoocasa website and App are amazing!

We were matched with Carlos Moniz earlier this year, after placing a few purchasing inquiries on the Zoocasa website. This would be our second home that we would be purchasing, and so much had changed in the real estate market from 5-6 years ago. Therefore, my husband and I realized that we needed an agent who was knowledgeable, committed and flexible to our needs. Carlos fit to us perfectly!

After a few months, we finally purchased home with Carlos, and now it was time to sell our existing one. Being conservative consumers, we shopped around with a few different agents and companies to see what type of services we could expect from the selling side. After comparing apples to apples, it was clear to us that Carlos and his team could offer us the best service at a competitive price, and more importantly in the time frame that was needed to close. Angela worked with us on de-cluttering and staging our home and did a fantastic job with the photographs and virtual tour. Overall, with just days on the market, we had over 100 showings, 8-12 offers, and sold for over asking!

On both the buying and selling spectrums, Carlos Moniz delivered! The aspect I appreciated the most was how often he communicated with us and kept us in the loop, and he always responded promptly and with answers to our inquiries.
