This hotel is a hidden gem. It states it’s a 3 star but I would regard it as a 4 star. Excellent staff and rooms in a superb location, quite close to Union Station. ||Me and my girlfriend got off a flight with many many items of luggage and paperwork because we were moving to Canada. ||Upon arriving we found out that we had been upgraded to a premium room free of charge. This was just what we needed with all our heavy bags and paperwork. Thanks for this it was really what we needed to hear. A very nice room and bed.||Thanks to the staff. Lobby staff was really kind and helpful - they even let us do an early checkin. But for the rest of it, we did not enjoy our stay for the following reasons:|- The room and general appearance of the hotel was not like a boutique hotel as advertised.|- The photos on this site do not represent reality at all, the rooms and the lobby look nothing like this hotel|- The bedroom and bathroom was very dirty and it was not just light dirt.|- The water in the shower was either very hot or very cold, the intervention of a plumber would be more than necessary.|For all these reasons, we do not believe that the quality of the stay we had was worth the...
