I am not familiar with Rolex watches, but had inherited one from my Uncle. It was a daunting task trying to figure out how to sell it for a fair price, and avoid being exploited. I contacted every company I could in Vancouver and Calgary. I received many calls back offering a wide range of low ball offers and convoluted commissions. However, the company with one of most reasonable offers was also the most professional. Kamran, from Exclusive Time Zone, immediately put me at ease with his forthrightness and honesty. He committed to a price, and an 8 hour drive later, he kept his word. He could have easily taken advantage of the situation and offered less since I had driven all that way. In spite of missing one component for the box, he still honored the deal and paid us what he had offered in full. I was pleasantly surprised by how painless he made the entire experience. I can’t recommend Exclusive Time Zone enough. If I ever inherit another Rolex again, I’ll be jumping in the car and driving another 8 hours straight to their front door.
