I returned to get my hair cut by Sue Kim and she exceeded my expectations (though they were already very high due to the last hair cut she gave me some years ago). She is so attentive to detail and an extremely good listener. I find her intelligence shows through in being able to execute what I asked for perfectly. I would highly recommend this place for getting your hair cut because the service is superb and Sue Kim is incredibly talented at what she does. After having my hair cut by her, I honestly wouldn’t get it done by anyone else. She has created so much trust there. And I know that getting a hair cut is such a personal thing, so I am very appreciative and grateful to be on the receiving end of her talent.

Went for a haircut with Sue, because I read all the good reviews, but was absolutely disappointed. After several discussions of how I wanted to cut my hair and what technique to use(which is the standard approach for my type of hair) she didn't understand at all and thought about different thing. I found out too late, she already started. So check twice or three times if she understands what you would like to see at the end. Besides that, she cut waaaay more length than I asked. Though she did it ok at the beginning, but during her 'final touch' she cut at least 1 inch more trying to make everything even, which took 20 minutes. Even the haircut that she had in mind looks awful and doesn't go well with fine hair. Don't go there if you have fine hair, she doesn't know what...

Sue is the hair master!!! I’ve been going to Sue for 4 years and over the years she continues to surprise me with her excellent skills in layering and coloring. I have to touch up my roots every two months and she would always add some twists based on the season or the trend that suits me. I always receive compliments of my hair. Even though with the frequent coloring (plus the highlights), my hair is still in great condition. She pours her heart when it comes to taking care of her customers.
