I bought a spa package from Groupon for a 45 minute massage, 45 minute facial, and collagen eye treatment. I went today to get this done and had a really great experience! The person who did my massage was very attentive and asked many times if the pressure was ok which I really appreciate since I can be a bit shy about saying when pressure is too hard/soft. Two very small critiques I have that resulted in a 4 star rating that I'll mention was that 1) The person performing my services did try to suggestive sell by asking if I wanted to add services for extra money, and 2) It was a bit noisy which took away from the experience a bit for me. As the woman was massaging me, she asked if I wanted to upgrade from 45 minute to 60 minute massage or facial, to which I said no. Then later on she said I have lots of toxins in my body and asked if I wanted to add fire cupping to the service today to which I also said no. I understand why she would ask, but I already splurged a bit by getting myself this spa package and didn't want to spend any more and so it was a little annoying to be asked twice if I wanted to add more services, especially since I had already received an email stating that I could add 15 minutes to my massage or facial for an increased price. And then the other small thing I'll mention is that the space doesn't look like it does in the pictures, and seemed to just be one small room inside Palma Loft which was playing music a bit loudly, and I could still hear it in the room I was in which made it a bit less relaxing for me.

I scheduled a massage here on a whim a while ago, it was a little expensive for what it was but I decided to go ahead and book an RMT session the following week since this place is a 2 second walk from my front door. I got a call on the morning of scheduled RMT appointment saying that they needed to rebook me due to a scheduling conflict. Ok no problem, things happen and I get that. So I rebooked for the following week... this time I get a call about an hour before my appointment saying that they needed to rebook me for the weekend. They were unaplogetic and pretty rude about the whole situatuon. Very frustrating.

Last time I checked, we as customers have to pay a no-show/cancellation fee for changes inside a 24 hour period. I feel like George Constanza in that episode of Sienfeld here where he tried to charge his service provider with a change fee.

This place has no regard for customer service. Stay away. It's over priced anyways and there are a number of other places down the street.

The space does not look like the pictures. It was incredibly noisy so it was not possible to relax. But what was worse was being asked five times if I wanted to pay more for more massage minutes. Even when I said no the masseuse started saying I have toxins and tried to sell me cupping. This attempt at making more money from the start made me feel very uncomfortable.

The massage itself was nice. The facial was mediocre. I had tissue on my eyes at one point. There also was no collagen eye treatment that I had paid for.

At the end when I was just dressed and opened the door, the masseuse was ready with her phone at the door to charge me more. She told me there was tax (even though taxes were paid on purchase originally) and she said tip too if you like twice. I felt incredibly awkward and wanted to get out of there so I sent 20$ but she then asked to take a photo of my bank to prove I had sent her...
