777/5000 Unfortunately, my experience in the salon was disappointing, from the treatment to the haircut, I was able to hear a gentleman who called Lisa the person who attended me. She was quite hostile to me, which did not matter to me because after waiting a long time due to COVID and with long hair, I would get a haircut, it is true, I was excited and even took a photo of how I wanted it, but it seems that she did not care, it was as if she cut my hair with her eyes closed and very reluctantly, the left side shorter than the right, I pointed it out to her, but she ruined it even more. I rarely post reviews, but after getting a haircut by Lisa here I felt like I had to. Not only did she cut my hair beautifully, but Lisa was so kind and friendly the whole time I was there. She went above and beyond to make sure I liked my hair and even spent time at the end to show me ways to style it. I've never gone to a hair salon and had such amazing service. Lisa is so incredibly sweet and very talented! Very reasonably priced as well (only $11 for a dry haircut!) So glad we found her salon! We just moved to BC from Alberta and were looking for a talented hairdresser. Lisa even gave us some very helpful tips about the city and taking the skytrain to university! My hair and my mom's hair turned out perfect and it was so quick! Would give 10 stars if I could! We'll definitely be back soon!...
