I had decided to give another hairdresser a try. I had been going to the same hairdresser for years and somehow was wondering why my hair was so dry and also the cut just never made it anymore. I thought it may be, because I was aging. I stopped into Sakura's and was very hesitant due to language barrier, which made even making the appointment difficult. When I went to my appointment, I was even more hesitant as Shisho had been assigned to me and the language barrier was even more relevant. However, after her colleague helped a little with translation, we were on our way. Things are done a little different there.

I am ecstatic with the results. I am 5 weeks past from my visit and my hair is healthy, my colour is beautiful, and my cut is still outstanding. Anyone can make a good cut for when you first walk out, but it takes a special person to give you a haircut that still falls into place 5 weeks later.

For those that are leery to try another hairdresser , if yours fails you...this is a lesson.

It was also first time to get a haircut in downtown so I was very excited and they did not disappoint I got to exact haircut I wanted and it feels lighter on my head (I have very thick hair) I originally wasn’t planning to cut my hair but I had to since the summer season and even though I tie my hair it feels like my head is burning I am under the sun but Mika did a fantastic job on my hair, she gave me a proper consultation and showed me whats best for my hair I gave her some inspiration and my hair is similar to the photos I am really happy with it and made sure my hair was just right and left me satisfied. My girlfriend had a long wavy hair and she wished to cut it short. I am supposed to disagree because she looked prettier with her long hair. But since she decided to have a new look, I just let her do what she wanted. She went alone in this shop without me knowing and she went home looked like an international model! I was surprised by her new hair now. I thought having a short hair won't compliment her but it did! She looked prettier with her long wavy hair before but now, she's the prettiest with her short straight hair. This shop is the best for any kind of hair. They did the best and excellent!
