I ordered the V-90 VEJA shoes online and chose to pick up in store (Robson st Vancouver store). The sales associate at the store was very unprofessional and his service was horrible. When the shoes were presented to me, I noticed itâs different from what I purchased online. I informed him of such and showed him the confirmation email and pick reminder email, both with a picture of the shoes I intended to order. The sales kept asking me how did you get to this step? Saying I bought the wrong shoes. And it felt like he was interrogating me. It was very unpleasant! At the end, the sales said he submitted a customer request for me and that their customer service team will contact me (he could have just explained that he is not able to help me and direct me to customer service in the first place without ruining my mood before CHRISTMASâŚ) the good thing is their customer service is a lot better than I expected (their customer service team should provide training to their sales associates lol). The customer service specialist, Jay was very helpful and efficient! He immediately checked the product for me and indicated that it was a technical glitch that the photo shown on the website matched to the wrong shoes and apologized and offered a solution to me.    Read moreSo my GF order shoes for my birthday on Dec 17, 2022 worth of more than $200. While placing the order it says will arrive with 5 to 7 business days at store. We did not receive shoes. On January 08, 2023 we went to store because we did not get any response from them. We talk to associates on cash counter and he said very next day he will personally call them and ask them what happen with this order. And next day we did not get any response. I ask them to please let us know and the guy said it's really not our issue but we will try our best. I know mistakes happen but mistakes are meant to be fixed. Moreover, ONE OF YOUR COMPANY VALUE IS "CREATIVE AND INCLUSIVE" which define whoever you are, where ever you are, what ever you do - we hear you, do you really? When I asked the employee confirmed that it is okay for me to buy both and just return one of them. When I went back to the store, they told me that the discounted items are final sale. I understand that why is your employee telling me that I can return the one I dont want. Otherwise why would I buy both shoes? I would have just bought one. On top of this, when I expresses this point, instead of getting a proper customer service and taking accountability for their employees mistake, they just kept stonewalling me in a manner that âwe train our employees to say it is final saleâ. I mean this doesnât make sense. You can train your employees, but that doesnât mean they do their job all the time accurately.
