I recently visited the FreshSlice store and was truly impressed by the outstanding service provided by one of the employees. From the moment I walked in, their friendly and welcoming demeanor made me feel valued as a customer. Not only did they take the time to explain the different pizza options available, but they also patiently answered all my questions.What truly stood out was their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring my order was prepared exactly as I wanted. I am a very regular customer since I work very close to Fresh Slice, I have to admit that the service is usually good, the music accompanies the atmosphere of the pizzeria and the staff is usually very friendly but this November 19, 2023 at 10:40PM I entered the store to buy some pizzas and eat inside, and there was excessively loud music, so much so that I couldn't even hear the worker and she couldn't even hear me, even for this there were misunderstandings at the time of ordering... when I sat at the tables in front it was a very loud and annoying noise that I decided to eat quickly to leave. I highlight the above, I am a very frequent customer and I only hope that this review helps you to improve....

Finally, i found out one of the best pizza places in Vancouver!! First, the pizza was so nice, just legit! I ordered meat lover and you know normally pizza dough have no taste but it has soft and delicious..so i ordered another again even though i did not finish it. It was Combo Feast which has fresh vegetables and cheese. It was also good, fresh and fantastic…. Furthermore, staffs were sooo kind. I ordered it for mobile and i made wrong orders( i think the app stability was unstable at that time) but staff called me and find my wrong order… i appreciate it….thank...
