The Balloon Shop — Local services in Vancouver

I live in Washington and with the COVID I relied on delivery to my friend for cake and balloons on his 65th across the border into Vancouver. Yes, I missed the party :(( Coincidentally.....I had just placed an order for a cake (from a different business) to be delivered, and after a very convoluted attempt to order, was hung up on twice by the "crankster" customer service person there, and thinking no cake for friend..... Let's just say that when I emailed The Balloon Shop and made an order of balloons , that Cindy saved my attitude AND the day!!! She called me back right after I sent the order in, clarified it in detail, made some suggestions, and talked COVID with me......AND Cindy followed up with an email to let me know I had delivered this all on the day before my friends actual birthday. I intended to, but to have her actually care enough to ask...AMAZING!! Highly recommend The Balloon...
