Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience at this salon. I went in for color and highlights, but the result was a disaster. Despite my hair being healthy, the highlights didn’t lift properly, leaving a mix of orange, yellow, and cream tones. Even my root color was completely wrong—they made it dark brown instead of the light brown I requested.

What’s shocking is that they were the ones who set the price, yet when I complained about the results, they said, “Your budget was low, so we only did what you paid for.” If my budget was too low, why didn’t they quote a higher price from the start?

The quality was so poor that they didn’t even post my hair on their page—only on their stories with heavy filters! When I asked for an explanation, instead of taking responsibility, they blocked me to prevent me from leaving a review. This shows how much they really care about customer feedback.

I wish people who leave positive comments were truly honest about their experiences, rather than writing reviews just out of friendship or loyalty. Fake reviews only mislead others.
