On June 22nd, I visited Big Feet Spa (the previous name of this place) on Robson to deliver a one page legal document issued by the Provincial Court of British Columbia to be passed onto the manager or owner.

After receiving the document from me, the staff member at the front desk asked for my full name and phone number. I provided it but realized afterwards that my ONLY responsibility at the time was to deliver the legal document and ask that it be passed onto the manager or owner, nothing else.

I then asked the staff member why she asked me for my full name and phone number. The staff member said she needed it in case they needed help with the legal document. Again, helping with the legal document was NOT my responsibility, and all I asked her to do was to pass the document onto the manager or owner,...

This place is a 10/10. My mom and I treated ourselves with a Foot Reflexology and 15 min upper body massage. Moe at the front help us to get in as soon as posible fitting our schedule. She was very kind, friendly and helping with our needs.

Yama did an excepcional job with me. She is a very talented and wonderful person. She made sure I was comfortable with her pressure. She was so nice and friendly all the time.

My mom had Yuki and he was excepcional too. He was so caring making sure my mom felt great with his pressure level.

Also we met Chisato. She was very nice and friendly. We all shared laughs and conversations. ALL the staff truly wonderful. We had the best massage of our lives and great experience. The place is immaculate clean and relaxing....
