5 STARS FOR THE CLOTHES. 0 STAR FOR THE SALES ASSOCIATES! We were inside this store looking for a perfect coat. I was with my husband and 7 month old baby. After 20 minutes of looking and trying on some coats, my baby started to cry. Suddenly the music inside the store stopped and everyone heard my baby's crying, the sales associate nearby looked at us and she said in a loud voice to the other staff near the cashier area to turn on the music (the music is very loud by the way), I felt like she wants to turn on the music so that no one will hear my baby who's crying at that time or maybe she was thinking my baby will stop and got entertain with the LOUD music. I didnt mind and just go on with my shopping. When we found the perfect coat for me we told her that we're going to buy the coat and that we're ready to pay for it. She BECAME VERY FRIENDLY AND ACCOMODATING. While were in the middle of the transaction and after my husband swiped the credit card suddenly their computer shut down and they couldnt even turn it on to print out our receipt. We waited for like 15 to 20 minutes inside the store for them to give us a receipt. But it all ended to redoing the transaction. We just said okay, we'll just redoit with a different card. They offer us a 10% off for the coat due to the inconvenience. They told us to just give them a call once the transaction on our credit card got posted and they will give us the refund RIGHT AWAY. We waited for 2 days for the transaction to got posted on our credit card and I called the store right away. I called the store LOTS OF TIME but NO ANSWER. I checked online on their website how to get a refund from them. I came up with their call centre and they told me a different information. They said we have to wait until they verify from their billing department if we really got charged from both of our accounts! THEY CANT EVEN GIVE ME A DEFINITE TIME FRAME ON WHEN I WILL BE GETTING OUR REFUND! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ARITZIA! PLEASE TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE VERY WELL! YOURE SELLING CLOTHES THAT ARE EXPENSIVE, I KNOW WE'RE PAYING FOR THE QUALITY OF THE CLOTHES BUT I ALSO BELIEVE THAT WE'RE ALSO PAYING FOR THEIR SERVICE! WE DONT NEED A PREFECT SERVICE! JUST TRAIN THEM TO BE FRIENDLY, ACCOMODATING AND TELL THEM NOT TO LIE TO CUSTOMERS ABOUT YOUR POLICIES AND PROCEDURE. My daughter and her friends are always raving about Aritzia so I decided I would try to find something for myself, as a full time Mother of two I do what I can to stay up to date with the trends.
I entered the store and a blonde girl approached me and let me know where the fitting room was incase I was waiting for someone. I informed the girl that I was here to shop for myself and she made a sour face at me. I was a bit confused but made my way around the shop. I was looking at a green dress when another employee appeared to inform me the return policy and assumed I was buying a gift, when I let this girl know I was shopping for myself she held back a laugh before informing me that the silhouette would not flatter my body type. I was offended and shocked at this and was left utterly speechless and I left the store immediately.
I do not recommend this store to anyone and I have forbid my daughter from shopping here. A store that promotes this behaviour is not one I will...

They told me an item i ordered was no longer available (even though 4 were available on the website) and when I tried to call them to get a refund they NEVER answered even when I called multiple times at different times and days (including opening when itās not super busy). Whatās the point of having a phone number if you never answer it?? Had to go in myself and waste time and gas to get a refund because of THEIR mistake. Workers were extremely unhelpful and ignored me when I showed them my concerns (it wasnāt busy btw). Never had I felt more unwelcome and out of place.
Another day, they kept checking in every 2 seconds while i was changing. Aritzias whole selling method is to rush you so you donāt think twice about what youāre spending your money on. Their employees will either be the most aggressive money-hungry people or will straight up ignore you if you dont fit their beauty standards. Aritzia is never getting a cent...
