No customer service just want you to buy and leave didnt even help me with any products
I was checking the canopy chair its a fold up camping chair with a canopy roof that goes in a bag, after being ignored for 5 mins in the store the employee actually came over to say I can't do that (take the chair out the bag, this is not a sealed product BTW) and gave me dirty looks (this store is known for just putting returns back on the shelf for sale) after actually arguing with the employee for 5 mins she gave up and said "fine do what you want", I took the chair out inspected it then put in back in the bag total time 3 mins when cashing out she didn't even scan all my products on the table, was such in a rush to get me out ended up having to do 2 transaction

   Read moreToday I had an absolutely terrible experience. I was waiting in line to checkout, and the cashier and another customer were having a whole conversation. I was supposed to be a paying customer but no. I was patiently waiting for them to be done, but right when I thought they were done the conversation the cashier went to go help the customer find a perfume. The cashier clearly saw me waiting to checkout but she just looked and didn’t even acknowledge me. Instead of quickly letting me checkout 1 item, she wanted to continue the conversation with the customer. She was so rude and she’s acting like she had a whole line. It was just me standing there waiting. I don’t know her name but I know she was wearing a labubu keychain. Please train your workers.    Read moreEmployees here are just ok. Most of the time they are uninterested. I had an issue and needed to return something that was past the 30 day return window. They told me to contact Head Office/Customer Service to explain the issue to get a code that can be used in store for staff to process the return. Well, someone is lying bc I did contact Head Office/Customer Service and they didn’t care. They flat out said they couldn’t help me. They didn’t think about it or show any concern. Kept saying there is nothing they can do. I find it RIDICULOUS that a company as big as this would be so cheap to not allow a refund to a customer. Especially a regular customer. If you shop here, you’d better hope that nothing happens where you'll need to return anything bc if it happens to fall even 1 day past the return window, they won’t care at all and...
