Extremely bad customer service!!
Me and my brother e came into the store today and weâre approached twice within the first 2 minutes of being in the store, asking if weâre looking for anything specific or need any help, which is nice but annoying to repeat the same thing two times in a row. After selecting items to purchase we went to the cash and were the only customers in the store in at the cash register but it took the employee at the register over 5 minutes to give me my change for the two sweaters and 4 stickers I bought which came out to $273! I paid cash ($300) and after realizing it been over 5 unbelievably slow minutes I offered to pay debit or or give lower denominations that I had in cash but the employee said no thatâs fine just give me a minute and then instructed another female employee to open the other cash register (Iâm assuming they didnât have enough change in that till to give me change), they then struggled to relay the password info to each other for over 5 minutes and then the female employee opening the other till was mockingly repeating back the passcode information for the till (BATMAN123) to the other one after being embarrassed she couldnât open the till multiple times, wasting everyoneâs time in this overdraw-out process that couldâve and shouldâve taken 2 minutes. When I went to mall, most stores were shut down, including Zumiez, and I wondered if he would get it on time. To my surprise, when going for a walk, a young man pulled up into my driveway, and asked if I was Katherine, and handed me my son's package!! We spent two hours picking out items based on what we were told. But when we got to the checkout, the deal was suddenly different â and much more expensive.
