I do not recommend this store to anyone! I bought glasses from them 2 months ago (approximately) and wanted to exchange them for original lenses (I have the original lenses in my hands). I do not ask them to give me lenses for free. On the phone, the consultant said that I am a client of their store and I can come to the store and they will exchange the lenses for the originals without any problems. But today I went and 2 girls blatantly lied to me and said NO. This is how they can deceive you all. They told me to go to any other store and they will exchange them for me there. How can you send your store's customers away if they have problems and say GO TO ANOTHER STORE AND CHANGE THE LENSES THERE. WHY SHOULD OTHER STORE CHANGE MY LENSES IF I BOUGHT THESE GLASSES FROM YOU AND AM A CLIENT...

I went there and placed two pairs of sunglasses on hold with a lady without any problems. Came back next day to pick them up and the guy with the glasses on didn’t let me in the store to complete the purchase because I didn’t have a mask on.
