Unpleasant experience. Do not trust this store, especially the salesperson named Sam. We wanted to purchase a pair of shoes but the size needed was not in stock. Sam suggested that we pay the full amount for the shoes first and he will try to source it from the warehouse/other locations. He assured us that if the shoes cannot be located, a refund could be made over the phone. Knowing that, we felt comfortable with placing the order. After almost two weeks of no follow up, we called the store and they said the shoes can’t be located and we needed to come in store to process the refund as they can’t refund through the phone. Seems like they were never going to follow up. Sam was happy to take our money and be done with it. Ridiculous customer service - no follow up nor apology. Read moreThere were 2 girls in this morning and for some reason they greeted everyone but me even when I smiled their way. That was whatever tho because I came it at opening time. They were standing there talking together for basically the whole time. There was one girl that helped me out a lot and got me multiple sizes which I appreciated. She had to go back and forth to get different sizes for the same show because the style I wanted was a lot tighter than I anticipated. But then a man who I assume was some kind of manager came in and the girls immediately separated. One of the staff members—a slim, fair-skinned woman wearing a hijab—was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I approached her to ask a question, she responded with dismissive facial expressions and seemed uninterested in assisting me. Additionally, I overheard her speaking negatively about other customers to her colleague, which I found highly inappropriate and unprofessional. Her behavior made me feel extremely uncomfortable and, at times, even discriminated against. It gave the impression that she might have been acting in a biased or possibly racist manner.
