Oh my gosh I am so glad I am so easily influenced for once in my life!! Thanks TikTok girlies. Finally made it out here and am so glad I did. I love makeup and skincare but highkey hate shopping for it because of S*phora typical nightmares. This was the literal opposite experience of that, first of all the store was IMMACULATE and the testers were all pristine. They did not look like a dog had chewed them and spit them out which was a really refreshing change for me personally! Love not feeling the ick putting something on my hand you know?? I also spent sooooo long just vibing honestly kind of spacing out in a very neutral toned/OCD tendencies headapace debating between three identical shades like a complete goblin, and while I was approached by friendly staff members a number of times for assistance it was always in a super chill way which I really appreciated! It’s nice to feel checked up on once in a while without feeling like, monitored …? One staff even said “Hey I know makeup is such a personal preference kind of thing anyway, but let me know if I can help at all!” Like honestly thank you so much for that one u angel I feel so seen by that comment 😭

So anyways in addition to the products being absolutely god-tier, not one single miss out of my six buys, the staff, store, and service truly is as well! I am so truly appreciative and wish I could give extra stars because I was having a crappy day, abnormally bad skin, and realized when I left my huge tote bag prob made me look like a shoplifter (I’m not lmao … hope that helps?) and still was treated with so much decency, personal space, and kindness! Truly great vibes all around, and I am soooo happy with the items I ended up choosing. 10/10 will kill more time and paycheques...

Came in the other week and I was very unsettled with my visit. I don’t write reviews but with the brand of the store being cutesy and happy, made me uncomfortable to the point where I have to share my experience. Staff will glare at you and look at you from head to toe judging your appearance to see if you are worth interacting with. The one at the front who was a short mexican girl was terribly rude; unexpectedly coming from her since she herself wasn’t the cleanest looking. The cashiers themselves were very nice. Too bad I was so bothered by my initial experience that I’ve forgotten what they looked like but one of their hair was put up. They salvaged the experience from a 1 star to a two star. The store itself has a big selection of brands but is sold out of most of the items that work. I’ve been to almost all locations in Ontario but this was by far the worse one. If you want to visit I suggest another location. Or kiokii is in the mall too. Their collection of products is...

I did not have a good experience. I’m writing this review cause I’m so pissed off after having spent so much money on products just to be broken out. First off the employee that helped me Elise looked clueless about things she kept recommending and kept switching from product to product saying the same thing about each one. I ended up buying the toner and serum she said and it broke me out even when I told her I’m literally sensitive. The one product I got that actually worked was the one recommended by the blonde girl so that’s one employee having knowledge. So clearly the employees need training and second of all the place was completely unorganized because why on earth is there a judy doll sign with no Judy doll products? Half of the stuff from brands people actually buy stuff wasn’t even there. This location really needs to step it up especially in such a popular mall...
