First time shopping here and had such a bad experience. I stood in line at the changing rooms for 30 mins and there were only 4 people ahead of me. 4 out of the 7 rooms were being used to let customers try things on. Once I tried on a pair of pants I was unsure if I liked the style of them but thought maybe if I try them properly at home in an outfit it’ll look better. I asked the cashier if there were similar style pants and she pointed me to a pair and asked if I wanted to try on. I said I couldn’t because I have to be somewhere and there’s a line up and she told me “no worries. You can try them on at home, you can always return” and I clarified with her multiple times before purchasing that I can return and she said MULTIPLE times “yes, return within 14 days no problem”. So I went ahead and bought the pants. Once I realized one didn’t fit me and the other I just wasn’t a big fan of I went back to try to return. The same cashier who helped me the first time told me they don’t do returns, only exchanges or store credit. When I said she helped me and that she had mentioned they do returns, she said “I think the person helping you last time got confused”, so she took the pants back and gave me store credit. I contacted customer service and wanted to know if there’s something they can do for me. Calling leaves a voicemail for them to get back in 2-3 business days (which they did eventually and the lady said to email). I emailed the same they I left a voicemail, and they said “go back with original receipt and get money back”. I did that showing email as proof and the cashier told me they can’t refund me the money as they can’t take the money off the gift card and to contact customer service as they can override it. Emailed customer service again and they never responded. It’s been multiple weeks now and nobody has contacted me back. Read more0/5 - Was waiting for my friend who was trying on some clothes for around 15 minutes when I heard some guy complaining coming out of the store saying that they were only taking cash. My friend came out a few minutes later completely so annoyed that they would not take credit, debit, Suzy Shier gift cards, nothing.
I get that your system was down, that is of course forgivable, but your staff could have put up a sign that they were only taking cash so people did not waste their time (or could have told them that cash only as they shopped and tried on things in your dressing rooms) That would have been the decent thing to do.
The manager apparently was saying we could shop online when people went to pay, but my friend came to your store in person to try stuff out. She was trying out different things for 15 minutes plus and YOU SAID NOTHING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS THAT YOU WERE ONLY TAKING CASH UNTIL WHEN THEY WERE LINING UP TO PAY?!!!
Okay, sure, we will shop online. Temu, Shein, Venus all have great customer service compared to this manager so we will go to Suzy Shier again, we will NEVER WASTE OUR TIME AT YOUR...

She was rude and didn’t want to give me the 10% on the item that my daughter went to pay for it . She didn’t even ask my daughter if we had the prestige card (10%) She said that my daughter only mentioned to her once she had finished cashing her out . Aren’t you the manager????? Aren’t you supposed to ask the costumer if they have it???? And if people don’t have it , aren’t you supposed to offer it to them ???like trying to blame other for your mistake is not taking responsibility for your action . Being a manager aren’t you supposed to deal with the issues and solving the problem.
Instead you left it for the other person to solve the problem and walk away …
It was as easy as what the other person did and give the credit the way it supposed to be done.
