I was in today to do some shopping, as I saw the boutique while walking and was interested. The lady working gave me a look as I entered, then proceeded to follow me closely as I shopped. I went to the upstairs section and watched her run my way, not taking her eyes off me. I was highly uncomfortable, as she was leaving other customers alone to follow me, yelling across the store so that she could answer their questions, as I was upstairs. As I left the store, she spoke to me and acknowledged that she was hovering, saying that because she had other people attempt to steal, she felt she needed to watch me while I was in the store. 0 stars. Terrible experience. As soon as I walked in for my first time the lady working already gave me an uncomfortable “welcome”. I was in the store for five minutes and under her breathe she tells another customer she thinks I’m going to “shoplift”. After that she comes up to me and tells me she’s uncomfortable, then proceeds to show a picture that doesn’t look like me, saying “is that you”? “ I think you need to leave because I feel you’re going to shoplift” I was absolutely mortified of the assumption. Never been treated so badly. I was told at time of purchase I could return for refund within 5 days of purchase. Spent short of $500 and wanted to return $150 of previous purchase 3 days after purchase. Hostile is a good word on how I was immediately greeted. First she said her till would not allow for return then she trashed her employee for costing her money. Forgetting I did spend $350.
