UPDATED MARCH 18, 2015:
So he never applied the credits he said he was & it been nothing but a headache attempting to get it rectified. I've spoken with number of Call Centre agents & now they want me to go back to the store that upgraded my handheld. Be very very careful dealing with this company because their sales rep & customer service have very poor communication. Sales rep promise you one thing then CS claims they don't see anything like that. Now I have to take my receipt back to Rogers like I don't have better things to do with my time....

I've been a Rogers Wireless customer for many many many years and I must say, this was the best Customer Service I can recall. I went in to upgrade my handheld device and Faisal (the CS Rep) was very professional & friendly. His product knowledge was stellar and if he didn't know the answer to my question he was resourceful enough to find the answer quickly. He also took the initiative to apply further discounts to the hardware upgrade which is totally awesome! Who doesn't want to save money on these already over-priced devices.
I would highly recommend that if you need to visit a Rogers Wireless store to check this one out located on the main floor of the Bay Centre. He's there Monday...
Read moreI went to this location, in late November, in order to send my iPhone away for repair. I was in and out of the store with a blackberry replacement phone. The Rogers representative I was dealing with gave me an approxamate time frame for my iPhone's repair which was between 1-3 weeks. After about a week or so I get a phone call saying that I forgot to turn the find my IPhone setting off (one would think that it would be company protocol to remind customers about this requirement). After turning the find my IPhone setting off I call the representative back to have my phone sent for repairs again.He said it was too late to send the phone off that day but it would be sent the following day. After waiting more than 2 weeks for news concerning my phone repair I took initiative and called Rogers to receive an update. Rogers told me that the phone is ready to be picked up but as I am half way to get it they call me and say that they actually forgot to send the phone away and that it would be sent away that day .So here I am writing my first google review ever and its Dec 30th. Read moreWish I could give 0 stars. Both the sales associate were rude and impolite and the girl sales associate she just tried to prove me as a fraud. I bought pixel 7 pro screen protector from the store. Within 2 days I came to return it as I bought another one from Amazon. It was an unopened item. The girl sales associate wearing glasses in the first place opened the box and then started blaming it doesn't have applicator. They didn't even allow me to check the opened box and as I haven't opened the item I was completely unaware about the accessories inside. Then other sales associate came and said it has some parts missing and you can't return it. I requested them that I have not even opened it and they blamed me for returning the open box. They insulted me Infront of other customers. I lost my money. I wish I would have asked them to verify the unopened box from store with mine and then they could have accused me.
