Iâm leaving this as a review as no one has gotten back to me from my original email - Highly disappointed.

Iâve been shopping at your store for the past five years or so and have always loved your beautiful designs and the consistently friendly and attentive staff. Itâs been one of my favorite places to shop. However, I feel itâs important to share that my last two visits have been disappointing due to a newer associate who doesnât seem to reflect the same level of service your store is known for.
On my first recent visit, I collected a few dresses to try on. Typically, someone would offer to start a fitting room for me as I continued browsing, but this new associate, who was seated at the front on her phone, didnât even get up. She gave a brief greeting and mentioned the sale, but made no effort to assist beyond that. I was honestly just about to leave due to the lack of service. Thankfully, another young associate (a friendly girl who I remembered from previous visits) came downstairs, immediately offered to help, and provided the excellent service Iâve come to expect from your store. She helped me unload the dresses I was carrying and ensured I had a great experience from that point forward.
The second visit was unfortunately more of the same. The same newer associate was sitting with her back to the door, steaming clothing. As a customer, being greeted by the back of someoneâs head feels unprofessional and uninviting. It reflects on all of your staff poorly, as they take on an air of being lazy and unhelpful. When I asked the price of an item, this lazy associate made an audible noise of annoyance and got up with clear reluctance. Her attitude was dismissive and gave off the impression that helping me was an inconvenience.
This level of disengagement doesnât reflect the store Iâve come to love. Your team has always made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer, and itâs disheartening to now have experiences that feel so lackluster and unprofessional. I hope this feedback is taken constructively your store and brand are wonderful, and Iâd love to see the high standard of customer service return across all staff members.
