Absolutely outstanding experience with Station L Medispa and the amazing nurse Catherine Deslauriers.

I had an old scar on my arm and I tried other places with no good result. I got to know Dr. Ali Izadpanah and Dr Arash through their excellent reputation from their patients. I’ve been station L Medispa patient since 2021 and From the moment I stepped into their clinic I felt welcomed and at ease with their staff especially Caroline.

My nurse Catherine was incredibly kind, professional, and ensuring that every part of the process was smooth and stress-free. She is always available to answer my questions and kept me updated, making me feel completely supported every step of the way. The results speak for themselves! Dr Ali Izadpanah is incredible. He did scar revision and a breast lift on me to fix a botched RAMQ breast reduction done by Dr Ghadi Antoun that caused horrific scarring. My breasts were flat and saggy, 2 different sizes, large areola which were also 2 different sizes, and I had horrendous keloid scarring.

As you can see, Dr Ali worked his magic. The first pic is of my new thin scars. The second two pics are my old scars (9 months) on the inside of the breast and on the areola. I had had numerous steroid injections and even laser treatments and the scars did not improve.

My mental health dramatically improved after this surgery. I cannot thank Dr Ali, and nurses Catherine and Fabiola enough. They are ultimate...

I went to Dr.Ali to partially dissolve filler under my left eye, but he dissolved everything instead. Two weeks later, I returned to have it fixed, and he charged me $700. He insisted on using a full 1cc of product, making it seem like I needed it when I really didn’t. I asked him to apply the extra to my smile lines, but he ignored me and used it under my right eye, which was fine, leaving a noticeable bump. On my left eye, he left lumps instead of smoothing it out. For three weeks, he avoided my calls and messages, eventually blaming the texture of my skin. When I asked for a refund, he refused and wouldn’t take responsibility for using extra product unnecessarily. He’s unprofessional and lacks...
