1. Her "full" bikini only includes the upper tighs, will not even do the sides of the bikini area. Didn't apply herself in treating the underarms, she did both in les than 15 seconds. I was of course burnt as she passed twice on some spots.
2. She was 18m late to my first laser hair removal appointment, didn't apologize and gave me attitude as if it was no big deal and I was in the wrong for mentionning it.
3. Bought via Groupon, hidden fee of 60$ for file opening and "disposable laser inserts" in the fine prints (there is no such thing as disposable laser inserts, and she'll ask you to provide your own disposable razors...). Also the law prohibits administrative fees to be hidden in fine prints.
4. Never answers calls, only texts to confirm appointments. She says there's free parking but it's always full, had to pay 12$ because she was late and a 20m appointment took an hour.

Seriously, stay away. There are many good and reasonnably priced estheticians out there. She's not worth the pennies you'll save. For an extra 150$ taxes included you can ACTUALLY get a full bikini...

It was extremely poor and unprofessional. They don’t seem to understand their own responsibilities, nor do they know what key information needs to be provided during a consultation—for example, informing the client about prepayments, which they completely forgot.

They remember what you are supposed to do, but somehow forget their own responsibilities. Funny how that works, isn’t it?

On top of that, they refuse to acknowledge their mistakes and behave in a mocking manner. They even claimed it was possible to speak with their manager, only to give their own email address instead.

A consultation with them just ends up messing up your plans. So imagine what the rest of the experience would be like!

I definitely do not recommend them. But if you do decide to deal with them, make sure to have everything in writing—chat or email—so you have proof. Don’t rely on what they say verbally, because they tend to forget or go back...

Found this place through Groupon. Impossible to find the studio unless you know exactly where it is. There are hidden charges. Shelly wil charge you an extra 80-90$ upon your first visit for “file opening”. She overbooks so you always end up waiting 15-20 mins every time for your treatment. When she is late, it’s okay and she’ll just go ahead with your treatment, but when you’re late, it’s another story. I was 5 minutes late one time and she refused to offer me a treatment without hesitating because she had another client after me who was not even there yet... If you’re trying to get in contact with her, forget it because she never answers the phone. There are other reviews from clients on Groupon as well mentioning how poor of a customer service they got. I would not recommend this...
