Receipt #397532902 and a bunch of other orders that I never complained about
My very first time giving a bad review in any kind of business but constantly getting bad service is just too much.
For the past several weekend mornings (saturday & sunday) the latte machine has been broken then I come back after a couple hours to order latte and they would have it. If it happened to me once I would understand but constant broken machine? It has to be deliberate. Maybe to save time and show that their drive thru service is fast ?
The staff is just as rude and careless as I've had several wrong orders in the past which I forgave but when I go back there and tell them that my order is wrong they would argue and say that this is what I ordered which is something I never ate or ordered.
Today's order was really upsetting, I tried to ordered white chocolate pistachio Iced latte which I was told they no longer serve which I understand so I said that I will come back to order something else, I came back after a few seconds to order Vanilla Latte and was told that Latte machine is broken again just like last week and the week before which I could have been told the first time I tried to order white chocolate pistachio Iced latte, so again I said that I will come back with a different order. I came back the third time and whoever was speaking in drive thru was upset which I understand as it was my 3rd time but do they really have to show such frustration through their voice ? Not really professional and Its not my fault that the latte machine is broken every time I order it.
Also ordered toasted croissant with butter but I was told that they will grill it instead and it is the same thing, toast and grilling is the same thing ? I see the owner replying to reviews in google so can you please answer my simple question. Is TOAST and GRILL the same ?
Whoever owns this Tim Horton location MUST rethink the management they have put in as I am sure that they are losing money having these unqualified people running...
Read moreI just ordered today from this branch. Food was good just like any other Tim Hortons branch. However, I hate their customer service!!! I ordered online to be picked up in the store. When I got there, BLESSICA (a crew from that branch) was the one to accomodate me. Her way of talking to a customer was really rude. I first told her my name so that I can pick up my order and I politely told her that I will be ordering an additional drink. She just gave me a rude look and then went away without getting my additional order. She first gave me the drink I ordered online and when I reminded her I have an additional order, she gave me that rude look again as if she doesn’t want to get my order. When she was asking me questions about my order, her voice sounded like she was annoyed. After paying, she went away again and after minutes, she gave me my additional drink. After that, I told her, “I still have a Farmer’s Wrap coming, do I?” in a very very polite manner as I am not an impatient person, I just asked to confirm because I want to make sure but all she said was “Yeah? It’s coming, just wait!” with a very annoyed and rude tone on her voice as if snapping me that it’s coming when I was just confirming to make sure. When my order arrived after 10 minutes, she didn’t hear any complains from me because I’m very willing to wait that long for an order I place beforehand. I said “Thank you!” with all smiles even if I already feel offended by her way of approaching me. Yet, she didn’t even say “Thank you!” or atleast “Have a nice day!” to me. Blessica kept on giving me that rude look.
To the management of this Tim Hortons branch, atleast teach your crew to politely answer your customers because all we need is a good customer service. I work in a fast food chain as well and that attitude is not something that a management should tolerate. Please improve your customer service skills. First time in Canada coming to Tim Hortons, and this girl ruined the experience if I could give less than 1 star to her I would. There was a woman named Mikala she shouted at us through the voice box. This was the worst experience. After we drove to the window she looked at us in a bad way. This customer service was terrible. There was one guy named Armandeep he was very nice and apologized on behalf of her. He was great. He gave us excellent customer service! He is not the reason I have given one star he was incredibly nice.If she doesn’t know how to do good customer service then she should stay home with her attitude.once again if this review was about Armandeep I would give him 5 star for everything. He handled the situation perfectly unlike his coworker Mikala. Armandeep should get employee of the month.
