Gitz Pizza & Beverages — Restaurant in Winnipeg

Have ordered from them a few times on Skip. Very nice pizza - good sauce, decent cheese, lots of fresh-tasting toppings... very good price!

Last time, I had the "New York" with pepperoni, ham, bacon, mushroom, Italian sausage, green pepper, onions, tomatoes, cheddar and mozza cheeses...

I always order normal crust (which is fairly thin), with extra sauce and cooked well-done so the crust is nicely browned on the bottom... Juicy, crunchy and chewy, and very tasty... Good Za, thanks!

Oh, their meatballs are also very good , especially when topped with their meat sauce

I finally made it in to actually eat in the restaurant. The boss laughed when I said "Lots of extra sauce and cooked well done." He recognized me from my delivery orders! "Oh, it's you! Nice to meet you..."

Pizza was excellent - The New York, (with lots of extra sauce and cooked well done LOL). No photo, but it was great, and being fresh out of the oven, it was even better than delivery..

And at 23 bucks for a large loaded pizza with excellent ingredients it is a real bargain - close to half the price of many other 'premium' zas...

On a sad note, he is taking the meatballs off the menu as not many people order them. Too bad because I love them, especially covered with their absolutely brilliant tomato-meat sauce...

I suggest everybody rush down there in a buying frenzy and get some meatballs (and pizza too of course)

Glad we tried this place ! Google reviews were good so we thought we would try. So amazing! First off they were super busy and so we had to wait a while which was fine but then they took the time to actually call us and let us know that it's going to be another 10 minutes longer. That shows courtesy for their customers. The pizza was delivered by a really polite, courteous gentleman. As for the pizza, I mean I generally don't enjoy the crust of a pizza, but I thoroughly enjoyed this one. Really really good pizza. Really good toppings. Plenty of toppings. Very delicious sauce. I mean I can't say enough. I'm kind of a pizza guy so I've had my fair share but I mean this was really good. I wasn't expecting it to be this good. My instinct was to go to with one of the big name places in the Pizza world but I never really enjoy their pizzas. I'm so glad I tried this place! Definitely our go-to place for pizza in Winnipeg. I'll pay extra for delivery if it has to go farther next time. And as for the price, I think they should be charging more. They were very reasonably priced! All of this is exactly why they were so busy! Totally worth the...

Probably our new go to quick pizza place but it still seems like it has a few things to figure out. The ingredients are quality, although they were out of a few things we wanted. The deals were good, we got a large 3 topping, pop, and sauce cup for 16 dollars; decent price for dinner for 2.

The toppings were plentiful and tasted good. The ratio of cheese and sauce and bread was great. I also liked how the pepperoni was under the cheese. Toppings went all the way to the crust.

The TV menu boards were placed awkwardly to read but there are paper menus. There is one outdoor picnic table in an old handicap parking spot. The staff were nice and friendly. Overall if you're looking for a quick za then I'd recommend trying here. I think they also have...
