I stayed with my husband here on the 31st floor, unit 3103 for 12 days from May 31 -June 12, 2023. STAY AWAY from this place!!! It's OVERRATED!!! It's not worth the price they ask for.  There is major construction on the beach in front of the condo  with obstructing views from your terrace & noise that can be heard. According to the locals we spoke with this has been going on for a year & will take about a couple more to complete. We booked this apt. last February and our host, Sebastian did not give us the courtesy to inform us about this situation, or give us different options.  So, it was a shock to us to be confronted with this upon arrival.  Also, We specifically told our host that we needed a high speed internet as we work remotely,  & he reassured us it was excellent. We were shocked to find out once  here that it was completely poor at 1.5Mb.  When  I  addressed my concern to Sebastian he replied we were the only ones with this issue. However, three days later he had internet techicians resolve the problem which he then said it had been going on for days. If he knew about this problem beforehand, why was it not taken care of before our arrival here? Also, when when i had addressed the issues with how the unit was he was nonchalant about it & never addressed them to make our stay comfortable here. If you're looking for a quiet place this is not it. Even on the 31st floor you can hear music from the outdoor restaurants into the late night. This apartment lacks appliances to make your stay here comfortably such as: microwave, toaster, can opener, kitchen towel, pot holders,  dish wrack, sharp knife  just to name a few. Some items are unfunctionable such as: the vent in one of the bathrooms, kitchen clock was broken. There was always a vinegary scent in the unit. Be prepared for tiny tiny ants on the kitchen counter. No matter how much I wiped they seem to be there. Personal items such as towels were stained, missing iron for the iron board provided  had a worn out cover with burnt holes on it. And be warned you will NOT be allowed to flush your toilet paper after your use. Conclusion, do yourself a favor & save yourself the hassle and book your stay at a different place. The apartment and the AirBnB, Carlos, were amazing. Our place was fully equipped for the stay. Even he places water, coffee and sugar. Washing and drying machine, enough towels for the shower and the pool. Smart TVs with cable and internet access which, by the way, has and excellent bandwidth. We used both TVs with Prime Video and Netflix with no problem while we were on the internet with our phones and computers. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because the staff of the building is not as nice as our host. The have rules on the pool but they apply them as they wish. The rules in the wall explicitly mention to avoid using speakers in the pool. When we requested this to be respected the security person who came, didn't even approach the person with the speaker and in front of me he called the front desk to inform there was no music. On the opposite side, one of the lifesaver asked us to avoid using inflatable toys in the pool when this was not forbidden in the rule they have by the pool. Since air BNB won't let you leave a bad review, it's hard to complain here/elsewhere. The building itself is lovely and location was good. Beach area isn't great as the water is extremely warm in the summer and quite murky. The Air BNB we stayed in was a great apartment upon arrival. The sheets were dirty and I had to stay up doing laundry into the night before going to bed. The rest of the time there was great. That's why they get the one star. Maria, the host, tried to charge us to replace dirty/stained towels after we left. I refused to and appealed to air BNB and wasn't charged in the end. The fraud/scam was upsetting as the towels were left as exactly as we got them. So no major problem with the building itself, but upset that they tried to take advantage and charge us 4 days after we left (after they left a very positive review of us the day after we left and we're told everything was fine upon...
