The worst beach we've ever experienced. The beach and sea look nice and so inviting with hotels and restaurants around.But!... Full of hawkers and beggers , weird lunatics as well, bother tourists every few minutes. Its so annoying, impossible to rest and enjoy the sea. Moreover the local restaurant agents on the beach cheating tourists with prices. Don't order anything without seeing menu. The black guy with tracker hat telling 15.000 pesos, after bringing coctails of Pina Colada with no alcohol he says. No , no it costs 50.000... and they don't accept credit cards (only for 20% additional fee). Rip off . Avoid at any cost buying / ordering anything from unknown...
Read moreIt’s good as Colombian beach are. The water looks dirty but this just due to the colour of the sand. There are lots of hawkers trying to sell you one thing or another. You can hire umbrella and two chairs for 10,000 peso. You have to negotiate as the price starts at 30,000. You can order food and drinks. Just check the price before you order. Asked to see the menu. The only problem is the plastic pollution. I don’t know why but they just don’t care. I see kids playing with plastic cups in the water and on the beach and they just leave it behind. By the end of the day the beach was full of plastic. If you can look past the plastic trash it’s a good day out...
Read moreBeautiful place, people are very nice BUT I came here to relax. I totally understand that the people here have to make a living and a huge chuck of what they make come from tourists. I was approached by someone almost ever TWO MINUTES asking me to buy something. I politely said no but some of them looked at me like “how dare you say no”. It’s seriously like having an app that allows you to use it for free but you have to endure the ads. I wouldn’t recommend this beach if you’re looking to relax and just chill. There’s no relaxing here...you will be bombarded with people selling...
