Bocagrande Plaza Mall — Local services in Cartagena

Nice place, excellently located. There's a great variety of shops of all sorts. There's a movie theater at the top floor. The food court has a great variety of options, from quick and fast to fancier sit down restaurants. There's also a grocery store connected at the garage level. Parking is a different experience as most of the parking is above the shopping center and is accessible through cargo elevators where you ride in your car up to the different parking floors. I didn’t shop at Bocagrande, but I ate at Semolina and used some services like currency exchange and tour ticket purchases. For what it’s worth, this mall serves its purpose, and is clean and safe. Rather than think of this place as a tourist destination unto itself, consider it a useful location for preparing your journey in and around Cartagena. Many essential amenities (as I said above) are what make this mall convenient to the average tourist.
