We chose the 3 in 1 Safarai Float + La Fortuna Waterfall + Arenal Volcanoe Hike as our activity and got Martin Arce as our tour guide. Things really lucked out for us because no one else joined the tour, which allowed us to receive a private tour. I truly have no words for how amazing and magical this experience was!! Martin is very knowledgeable about the flora and fauna of Costa Rica, as well as all of it's rich history. He has a really keen eye for spotting all the wildlife around.

We also received a personal history class on the language/slang of Costa Rica, and were able to use it when interacting with the locals. This made our time and experience in Costa Rica a million times better because we were able to submerge ourselves in the culture and have a truly authentic experience! I became tico within only 4 days of being in Costa Rica!

I absolutely recommend Blue Pass and Martin Arce to anyone and everyone that decides to visit Arenal and La Fortuna. This experience has truly touched my soul and will always be a cherished moment.
