This has to be one of if not the best restaurant I've had the pleasure to dine in. My dinner started off with the roasted beef carpaccio with some pieces of baguette at the side.
As an entree the rib-eye cooked medium, which they served cooked perfectly. Personally I recommend the herb butter and not a sauce, that way you get a flavor boost without needing to drench your steak in sauce. If you do like sauces there are plenty of both warm and cold sauces to satisfy that itch! And last but most certainly not least the deserts. We were with a table of 6 and got 1 of each deserts to taste and share. Even though we were already full from the appetizers and entrees we liked the dessert so much we even ordered a second round.
Apart from the food the ambiance is great. Some music on in the background that's all but overbearing. The staff is super friendly and when you ask for recommendations they ask questions about your preferences so they can give you the best advice. Both the chairs and the booths with benches are comfortable.

We ordered two tasting menus, with different kind of meats and to be cooked differently. Unfortunately they swapped our order. So I’ve got my meat cooked rare instead of medium. Restaurant was completely full and we didn’t want to make a fuss and didn’t said anything as we waited for our meal a bit long already. Our mistake. I don’t like wasting food too. Read moreGood food, no doubt. But tourists beware. The specials listed on the board out front? Tourists are charged the regular menu price. When the server (I think he was the manager) asks what side dish you want with your steak, know that the steak doesn't actually come with a side. You're paying full menu price for it. When he asks what sauces you want with your steak (good steak needs no sauce), you're going to be charged $3 USD per sauce. Ketchup for your fries? $3. No itemized bill was presented at the end; server just showed up with the credit card machine. When I asked for an itemized bill, his English was suddenly not very good lol. That's when I knew the hustle was on. One steak, one burger, one side, and two non-alcholic drinks set us back $90 USD. Not worth it....
