Today we were late for our show by only 7 minutes due to unexpected road construction near the Planetarium — something that was not mentioned anywhere on your website. We specifically ordered a taxi in advance to arrive on time, but because of the road closure, the driver had to drop us off far from the building, and we were forced to walk an additional 15 minutes.

When we arrived, the young man with light hair at the entrance was extremely rude and unprofessional. He made no effort to handle the situation politely or to offer any kind of solution, despite the circumstances being beyond our control. Instead, his behavior was disrespectful, unhelpful, and entirely unacceptable for someone working with visitors.

After checking the official website, I found no information or warning stating that late arrivals are not allowed.

We kindly ask you to look into this matter and ensure that your staff receive proper customer service training, so that similar situations are handled with more understanding and professionalism...

I am from Prague, living abroad and after the Planetarium upgrade, I decided to take my son for a 50 min projection that I booked and paid for 10 days prior. The payment went through but my tickets never arrived in my email. The night before, I thoroughly checked my email again and wrote a message to the staff about not receiving the tickets. Next day, we headed to the venue and due a construction in the area, had a 8 min delay. We were immediately informed that they will not let us in and when I tried to get a refund or move my tickets to a later date, I was dismissed without consolation, without a solution. They plainly told us, it is our problem since we were late and no care was displayed, on the contrary, I was disrespected by a young teenage staff member who expressed dismissive judgemental attitude towards me since I got a bit frustrated. Overall, I am sure the projection is amazing, but we are sitting at a nearby park instead of seeing it, even though we paid for it and it is still ongoing at this...

Great experience for kids and adults – highly recommend visiting Planetarium Prague Planetarium Prague was a pleasant surprise – modern facilities, interactive exhibits, and most notably, a stunning projection of the night sky and the universe in the main dome. The visuals and sound were high quality, making it engaging even for those who aren’t astronomy enthusiasts. 🎥 The show was interesting and easy to follow, even for children – a perfect blend of education and entertainment. After the projection, we explored the exhibition area, which features interactive displays and touchscreen panels that capture attention and curiosity. ℹ️ TIP: At the moment, tickets may be booked out up to 2 months in advance, so I highly recommend making an online reservation ahead of time. 🎫 The ticket price is reasonable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for a fun and educational activity in Prague for the whole family, Planetarium Prague is definitely worth a visit
