Kavárna Liberál — Restaurant in Prague

We usually used to come here often. Until we ordered their daily menu of Macarel Backed fish and while eating it there was a marinated Fly in the fish. Which means that the cook basically marinated it and in the marinate all the way until it was baked was all done with the fly. Very disgusting finding. Totally disappointing. We informed the waitress and we refused to pay and we left. Ofcourse we did not finish the food and showed her what we found in the food. This was definitely the last time we would visit even though we live across the street. We hope the manager whoever he/she is would take measures against the cook because if we had more time on our hand we would have definitely called the ministry of health and tourism to make sure real hygienic measures are taken. I’m already used that this place has almost non existent service but today was ridiculous. We were sitting right in front of the bar and no one was even bringing us a menu for 20 minutes. They were busy cleaning tables for non existing future guests instead of attending the ones already here. Also everytime there is some other super young looking girls working there. They probably only hire school girls without any experience because it’s cheaper for them but it makes the service getting unacceptable. You don't need more. All you wish you get with a friendly smile and a little joke. Very good food, especially for breakfast. We came there with 25 people without them knowing we would come and though we got everything we wanted soon and not too expensive. Light and open atmosphere not far from the centre of Prague with a beautiful little park next to it. Also a good place to stay there with some friends and a drink in the evening. Just the girls of the staff (most of them college students I guess) were a bit chaotic, but did their best to let noone go hungry and unsatisfied.
