John’s Hotdog Deli — Local services in Copenhagen Municipality

I like John’s hot dogs quite a bit and I enjoyed their Kodbyen location. It is no more unfortunately but my pictures are from there so I will leave them here anyway ))

I love the idea of having a multitude of amazing sausages and a ton of great toppings you can choose from. There wasn’t enough marketing pizzazz so I guess not enough appreciation but, at least to me, these hot dogs are about as good as they can be.

This sausage was life changing in that I know never to trust such seemingly amazing Google reviews and never to patronise this stall again. Our excitement after reading the reviews was met with John’s annoyance and poor customer service. Maybe it’s because we’re asians and we don’t deserve good sausages and customer service, but his attitude was absolutely uncalled for. Also, the sausage we had was saltier than the tears that rolled down our cheeks when we found out how much of a letdown the food was. Overall...

My first time in Denmark, and this was one of the first places we were exited to try. Walk up to the middle-eastern hotdog attendant and ask "hello, whats the most popular hotdogs on the menu for me and my wife to try?" He gives me a annoyed looked and he replies back contemptuously "It depends on the person, I cannot decide what you should eat." We walk away. Rude staff plus cheap hot dog slop thats looks like 7-eleven food. No thanks. Way better food and experiences in Copenhagen. Skip this...
